I’ve heard it said, ‘Your Dreams are Your Soul’
— Okay, Okay - I said that

Roots musician Jamos Blood is living proof that not all who wander are lost. His gritty Americana guitar and weathered voice show off his roots and his time spent playing everywhere from Athens, Georgia to Portland, Oregon. A modern troubadour, Blood crafts songs that fuse his modern, empathetic perspective with his roots rock underpinnings; some of them paint pictures, others tell stories, and they all reach out for connection.

Each of Blood’s songs are unique, but they all manage the same sleight of hand, taking familiar elements and rejuvenating them through his lens of vulnerability. Across his body of work, Blood uses his restrained, wailing guitar and passionate vocals to take the blues, and rock, in new directions. And while he isn’t afraid to share his own pain, make no mistake, he’s also very clearly having fun: Each track is a labor of love that proves that while Jamos Blood may be a wanderer, he has also found his moment.
